BREAKING NEWS: Freemasons Celebrate Otumfuo In Grand Style
Freemasons from far and wide gathered in Kumasi to honour Most Worshipful Bro Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Grand Patron of the Grand Lodge of Ghana, on two significant milestones: his 25th anniversary on the Golden Stool and in Freemasonry.
The celebration took place at the Bro Otumfuo Sir Agyemang Prempeh II Masonic Hall on May 25, 2024.
The ceremony was attended by brethren from various grand lodges /G\, including the Grand Lodge of Liberia, led by MWB Anthony W. Deline, United Grand Lodge of England, represented by Most Worshipful Bro Charles William Stanley-Pierre and Grand Master designate of the Grand Lodge in Nigeria, High Chief Osiobe Eric Okotie.
Also present were current Grand Master, Most Worshipful Bro Nana Osei Atwene Bonsu, Most Worshipful Bro Otwasuom Osae Nyampong VI, Most Worshipful Bro N/Capt Kwadjo Adunkwa Butah and Bro Nana Kwaku Boateng all, Omanhene of New Juaben.

Breaking News: A Military Man Shot Dead At Kasoa Over Alleged Land Dispute
A military officer in his late 30s was shot dead in Millennium City during a land dispute, while two other officers narrowly escaped death. The incident occurred near the Millennium City District Police Command at Kasoa in the Central region of Ghana. According to reports, the brother of one of the military officers had purchased land from a landowner identified as Winnebo Ndego. However, a group led by one Fiifi consistently prevented them from developing the land. On the evening of April 30, 2024, the deceased officer and two fellow military officers, in uniform, went to the land to assess the situation. They found another group working on the property. The officers called for the group to stop and settle the matter at the police station since an initial complaint had been lodged already but the group did not comply.
