The Studios of Asempa FM Ekosii Sen was heated when Member of Parliament for North Tongu Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa walked out after heated exchanges and insults. The  had a heated altercation with Asempa FM Producer, one Ampadu whose image had been posted on Facebook by the MP as part of the JNS Limited Scandal regarding payments from accounts of the National Cathedral. According to Omanhene Kwabena Asante, Okudzeto Ablakwa told Ampadu “he is an ordinary producer” after the producer raised questions about the actions of the MP that mistakenly included his image although he is not part of the JNS Limited. The two engaged in heated exchange of words off air before the MP walked out of the show after advertising his appearance.
